Installation Error

I have just purchased Kleo-Theme. Everything went smoothly until I click on “install” and then I got an error.
When I click on install; I get the error: “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”

I have tried many proposed solutions that I could find on the web, but yet no success, hence I need a perfect solution from you.

I deactivated all the themes and plugins, increased max file size that could uploaded to 12,000.00 to mention a couple of the thinks I have tried.

Note: You video has no sound. ????
