In the Kleo theme you can create custom sidebars but I don’t see where I can choose them for a page.  It always defaults back to the Main sidebar if I use a one column left or right.  I am trying to create a sidebar for the profile pages that shows a person’s friends, groups, search for people, etc.

I saw some posts in there about downloading a buddypress sidebars plugin but it is showing the last update was six years ago https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-sidebar/.  How can I achieve this?  Thanks!

Hello, at Theme Options you can select the layout of buddypress pages, and all buddypress pages will use the same sidebar.
I suggest to use a widget visibility plugin that can hide the buddypress plugins for normal pages and show them just in buddypress pages.
