Importing demo doesn’t work

I need help for Your theme. I’ve done all procedures described in instructions, but the demo content won’t be imported at all. Also another annoying question is that I don’t have slider, neither the users search function, Your theme once installed appears like a basic free wp theme… I’ve installed WPML, I tough that the reason of non working was this (I saw in Your description that was compatible…). I’d like to give You temporary access to fix all issues once for all, Please HELP!
