Password reset process not working

When a user clicks the “Forgot Password” link and enters their username, the site delivers an email with a password link. However, when you click on that link in the email, it takes you back to the “Lost your password” page, essentially creating an endless loop. How can we get this fixed?

Here is an example:

1. I go to https://icxa.org/my-account/lost-password/ and enter my username testassociate

2. The system emails me. The email contains a link for “Click here to reset your password” which has a href of https://icxa.org/my-account/lost-password/?key=6MVz2ccZJepcJaNoxlpN&login=testassociate

3. When I click on the link, it goes to a page with the URL of https://icxa.org/my-account/lost-password/?show-reset-form=true However, this page just shows the same content from #1
