I’m getting the following error when trying to update the theme:
An error occurred while updating Kleo: Could not remove the old theme.
Hello, you can download the new theme .zip and delete the old theme, then reinstall the new 🙂

Hi Laura – Thanks for your response. Understandably this is not a preferred approach. Are we expected to run into this problem every time there’s a new KLEO theme update? How does one troubleshoot this issue and address the root cause so that future updates are “easily” applied?

Hello, this is not an usual error, you wont have issues updating the theme in the future, and if something happens, we will come with a fix asap 🙂
