    Hello,

I am having trouble re-sizing my group cover photo using Kleo’s native ‘maximize-minimize’ cover photo function. It seems to be working correctly for user pages, but not in a group profile. Do you have any idea why this might be happening and a possible resolution?

PS- this issue was occurring even after I removed any CSS alterations you may find on the page.

    Hi,

I think it’s a js problem that can be caused by some of your plugins, try to de-activate all plugins once except buddypress, then enable plugins back one by one and check… to identify the problematic plugin.

    Let me know

    Cheers

    Hello R,

Sorry for the delay in response. I have removed all non-essential plugins from my staging site. I even removed any the BP_custom.php file to make sure the conflict wasn’t related to modifications. This has no solved the problem.

The website is currently in debug mode, and is displaying no errors in the log.

Are you referring to the group archive or the single group page? The error in the group directory has already been accounted for on our live site and did not resolve the the single group cover photo problem.

I have updated to the latest theme, with all non-essential plugins deactivated. The cover photo resize function is still working. Please advise.

If not provide admin credentials from staging , the credentials that you have already provided doesn’t work

I saw in staging site the cover works normally now, it means it’s caused by some plugin or by something from child theme, enable those one by one to identify who causes that

    Hey R,

It ended up being a command in my child theme’s functions.php related to an Ajax member registration. Thank you for your help!
