Hi I have been trying to import demo content for 3 hours.
It appears I have imported content as my uploads folder has content and there are articles on my site.
However I want the site to look like member profile demo.Can this be done?
or can you point me in the direction to do so?

You should enable full width profile from wp-admin -> theme options -> BuddyPress -> Member Profile Layout -> fullwidth
