I have spent the whole day testing with different user, and google it online
but the buddypress default privacy don’t workPrivate – Visible only to the user
Friends – Visible to user’s friends
Logged in Users – Visible to registered users
Public – Visible to the worldEven when I am logged out I can still see the /members/user/ account

Hi, That it is meant to apply to the profile field itself and not to the whole profile.
