when the theme is viewed on smaller screens, the menu displays the notifications icon and cart icon regardless, but not the messages icon. That gets moved to the drop down menu created for smaller screens.
How can I have the messages icon stay and the cart go to the drop down menu?
Hello, yes that is the default behavior, to edit this you may need to hire a developer that can do this for you 🙂

The problem is your file structure is non-standard and finding the calls is very difficult. It would be simpler if you replied with “The code that handles that is located in [filename].php”

The responsible file it’s : /wp-content/themes/kleo/lib/plugin-buddypress/menu-notifications.php you should have some php knowlage to acheive that
