Missing buttons, membership, etc

Hi I have perused your site, the forum area, search, and tickets and there is not an option for me to open a ticket. My purchase verification is df01cddb-25bf-422e-879c-a15ce7712fda .

I need assistance with the following:
1. The buttons for add friend, private and public messaging do not appear on my profiles. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the theme twice. I have the messaging options checked in Buddypress but it still doesn’t show. I even walked through the video setup as well.

2. Is there a way to force membership type during the registration process. (From the sign up form on the front page)

3. Is there a way to demand strong passwords during registration?

4.  Is there a way to customize the registration based on type of registration? Certain field may not be necessary for all registrants.
a. Is there a way to create exclusive profiles/registrations for business owners versus people?

5. How can I change the width of the theme? There is a lot of wasted space.
