When editing a picture by clicking on the edit button you get to an url like this:
../media/28/edit/#panel2
Below the picture that´s now displayed large there is an other button for editing. Clicking there you get to a page (same url) where you can scale, crop, rotate and flip the picture.
This page seems to be brocken (see screenshots).
