Header and menu alignment

How can I get rid of the blue line that shows up way under the current menu selection and the white bar that shows up when I hover over one.

Also I would like there to be two rows on the menu without there being a space. I attached an image I Photoshoped of how I would like the menu to look when I add more pages. How can I get the menu to do this?
