Buddypress profile problem

Hello,

When we are trying to send a private message to a user by clicking the PRIVATE MESSAGE button in his profile, it redirects to our user, in the send new message page, but without the user’s user completed automatically (so it’s very hard for our members to send private messages), although it was automatically completed before.

Please advise.
