Okay I give up, this is a basic question but I can’t find the answer anywhere.
Where do you put the video link or embed code on a “Video Post”?
I had a look at the demo post content but I can’t see where the video link or code is.
The demo post has the video as the feature image but I can’t see the link or embed code anywhere

You can add a video by doing the following (after selecting format > video)
Scroll down to Theme General Settings > Select Media tab > Video oEmbed URL and paste in your valid URL
