HI,
I have install WP Job Manager Plugin and for some reason when a user who is submiting a job and is not already logged in or is a new user, after pressing preview btn, instead of showing the preview is showing the 404 error template page. However if i refresh (f5) the 404 error page disappeare and i can see the preview of the job. This is only happen with this template, i already try with other templates and its all good.
Please help, i need this to work.

So practically you want to hide create group button from /groups/ ? provide screenshot that shows also the page url

Well i sen you full access to my wp admin panel also to FTP, but ok ill attach printscreen.
How much time is a “will” to integrate or (fix)?

Create a group button it’s placed under profile -> groups, it should to have child theme active, for the plugin integration it think around one month

Let me tell you this is a development instalation and real domain is http://www.clickprofessor.pt, and i already report another issue with groups that its not resolved.Please see my last ticket a fixe the issue asap.

We haven’t marked this as resolved maybe the system has closed the ticket for inactivity, please provide an regular user account to test and to take a look at the redirection url i need to see how it looks the url or provide it to me the url that it’s generated and you are redirected to it after submitting

1. When someone who is not register whats to submit a job, the job manager gives you the possibility of by filling the job post, create a user based on the email submited.
2. If this is the case, after filling the form and press the preview btn, insted of give me the preview it shows the kleo 404 erro page, but the page url is correct, because if i refresh it the page show me the preview.
3. Now i think this is an error when processing the new user at the same time.Like i told you before you are free to make the test.
Please dont drag this issue to long because this is important for us and i think for you guys too.

Also I saw it’s an update available for wp job manager plugin try to update if it does not work ask the plugin author about this issue.
You said that you have tested with other themes but with default theme it occures same issue

If you cant resolve the issue of Kleo Template with this wp Job Maganer dont try to fool me with changes in the backend. Now see for your self.

This is the worst support experience im having ever.
Why dont you create a fresh wordpress install, add WP Job Manager and test it.
It only takes 5 minutes.
Why do you have to drag this issue that you cant solve until the customer leaves.
That is a bad policy because this customer (CAN SPREED THE WORD).

When I’ve tried this on your website I’ve encountered the same issue like on kleo theme that’s I’ve replied to you and I’ve told you I encounter the same issue.
I have encountered many situations when user it’s 100% it’s a kleo problem and after a long time of debugging I’ve discovered issue caused by some filter and function not by kleo theme.
Anyways, I will let you know when we fix this compatibility problem.
I’m sorry for your bad support experience ever and thighs will be fixed not as faster you need but those will be fixed.
I think tomorrow i can give to you an ETA

The issue is you that you deal with customers as if they were stupid, showing videos of things that do not exist. The time lost doing the video if you had done the debug perhaps the answer would have been another. I’ll be waiting for the solution.

Actually, there is no KLEO problem it’s a problem between bbPress and Wp Job manager, de-activate bbpress and test it.
