Here is no meta.How can I alter the template of the Post side? For example make the text section less wide?

Go to that post that does not haves the post meta and look for this option under content area

In wp-admin -> theme options -> blog -> Meta Settings ->
You should have those like this.. if you have settings like this and the post meta isn’t there make sure to have latest theme version and if still not works provide admin credentials to take a look
