Issue with bbpress forum shortcode

I created a page and placed the shortcode for a particular forum. in the front page, below the name of the forum is an image of the team. the image links to the page where the forum shortcode is.

i made this setup so that when a user opens a forum, a banner of the team will appear at the top.

now, my issue is – when i enter the forum through the page with the shortcode, the Create a New Topic message box is there but its too small and even if you enlarge it you cant type anything in it.

but when i enter the forum the regular way, the message box is there.

when you click on the name of the team (Rain or Shine) – you go inside the forum directly, the create topic message box shows. when you click on the image, the go to the page with the shortcode, the create topic message box is missing.

this issue shows only for create new topics.

it’s an issue with the team because even if i try to deactivate all the plugins, the issue is still there. now, when i switch to another team like Newspaper – there is no issue.
