Problem Topics and Articles non-administrator users

Hello,

First of all excuse me for my english.

I have two problems that I cannot resolve.

The first is that non-administrator users can only see the topics within the groups. When the user wants to see their topics created in your profile, not appears nothing, only the message “You have not created any topics.”

The second is that the non-administrator users cannot view in your profile the icon “Articles”.
