Need help setting up page layouts

1. We have uploaded KLEO, and activated the GeoDirectory. We’ve come to determine that we need to acquire GeoDIrectory add-ons in order to make certain pages perform like the Business Directory model.
2. We have spent months on this, and the progress is very slow, as the information is very complicated. videos and in reading on and on,
3. a. could you please give us a blow by blow “do this” to get it to look like that?
4. —which modules need to be added specifically, and if there is some order to what should be added first.
5. –reason: There’s a Youtube video that says Geo Starter and GeoDirectory need to be activated simultaneously, However the instructions on original upload did not indicate this. Likewise, it indicates that we need to add GeoSupreme Directory -which is a child of Geo Starter. Hence information is sending us in different directions. We are going to upload these, but don’t know if we need to start over
6. Also, -we need Icons for Places Categories, and not sure where they are to be found-looks like more come with SupremeDirectory.? Please advise where to get ICONS.
7. …and, There does not seem to be any filter on Who can place a listing. Geo Directory says we must check off that ANYONE can be a member. Yet it allows anyone to upload an ad even though password has not been given.
8. b. How much would it cost us to get the basic foundation up and running properly by someone you have that understands how KLEO & GeoDirectory works?
9. Realize that we are trying to build a revenue making site, by charging “Destinations (hotels, restaurants, dive centers) to advertise… and in turn, their ad will be searchable by users, using the site.
10. Any and all ads being placed, need to be approved by the admins before they are published to relinquish any possibility of indecent ads being placed by kooks. There does not seem to be any filter on Who can place a listing.
11. — Also, I am the owner of the site: Suzan Meldonian and I would like to be copied as ADMIN or have login so that I can input my questions and see responses to my email. Jeff, is my web builder and I am using his login to ask these questions. I would like us to both see your responses in case one or the other is not online when response comes through, as I cannot see his email if he is at work. Thank you for your help.
