Hi,
I am currently creating a multisite network, currently also using all related plugins on all sites, I have mainly two sites on the network, one for the English language and another one for the French language.
I am currently facing some issues while creating menus to Buddypress plugin, on the English version of the website, which is the main network site, everything is fine to connect menu to the plugin, however, on the French version of the site, I got this message:
With BuddyPress/bbPress installed you can add a link to your profile with ##profile_link## in the URL input from Links section bellow. Example: ##profile_link##/messages
You can also include the members username next to the My Account avatar with ##member_name## in the Title Attribute field.
However, whenever I am creating a link on the French version of the site, like ##profile_link##/messages the link which is generated looks like mysite.com/members/username/messages however, since I am on the French version of the site, the url should contain fr/ so that the user remains on the french version of the site, like mysite.com/fr/members/username/messages
I am having some difficulties to realize that, it is not an extra job as it is an issue related to the theme and the BuddyPress system within the theme configuration.
I do not want to use any translation plugin such WPML because I want my users to be connected through the same database but, contents posted on the English site are visible only on the English site and same for the French site.
Any help about this issue will be very much appreciated.

In the meantime I created this question, I decided not to use the multisite structure as it seems that will get too complex in terms of development, but I decided to move to the WPML solution for language and translation and I am no more using the multisite functionality, I have another question through regarding frontpage structure but will create another ticket for this one. Thanks.
