theme options section error

hi there,

firstly thanks for this useful theme and we’re very happy to bought it

my problem is happening every day. Every day I see the theme options screen like on attachment then I reupload kleo-framework file again then it runs. but I need to do it everyday. I didn’t find my mistake. and this trouble also happens in visual composer plugin too.

before I write here, I tried kleo theme with different wp versions bu it didnt work, it was all the same.

please let me know how can I fix it.
