Sidebar styling shows in customizer but won’t apply changes

Hi, I am trying to change the sidebar styling, but cannot apply changes that do preview in customizer. I select save and publish in Customizer, but the changes don’t show once back in the site. Might you be able to take a look to tell me what I am doing wrong? I know it is something that is probably apparent, but I cannot tell what!! Thank you. Karen
