Hello,
I am using your theme (which I love) and have uploaded BP Default Data plug in for test users.
However for some reason these new users (25 in total) are not showing up on the overall “Members online”. I have also upgraded one of the members to a high membership level but they still do not increase the “Members online” number. Am I missing a trick? Have I not configured something correctly?
You help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Laura,
Thank for your reply. Some of them I have already logged into (more than once) but they still do not appear. When I am signed into more than one the “members online” number is higher than the “members number” where it isnt counting them all as members – Does that make sense? Im not sure what’s going on..
Any ideas? 🙂

Hello, i do not see any issue, total members shows the total members and members online shows members online
