This seems to be a bug in 1.1 version. We will release this week an update to fix it but until then you should edit file: framework/theme_options.php around line 164

February 6, 2014 at 17:01 #10599AbeKeymasterHi, The area where you put the analytics code just puts the code into footer of the side. Maybe it is a problem with your code or configuration in the analytics site
