Header Content (Optional) – new post

I am using the Header Content to add the same type of header as i am using on my main site http://www.nerf.no

I would rather not type in all that for every post (look in attached image), i would like it to work automaticly, how could this be achived?

Compair this : http://nerf.no/copy-paste-for-testing/                   (With the Header Content)
With this : http://nerf.no/markup-html-tags-and-formatting/      (Without the Header Content)
