Styling groups and forum page

Hi,

I want to style the “groups” and “forum” pages.

Forum:

As you will see on the screenshot, every other box/subject is coloured grey – Is it possible to change that colour?

Group:

Same as above, is there a way of setting a custom colour for every “group” topic?

Any help will be appreciated!
