On this sites page clicking on a product redirects to the home page. This only happens when the user is not logged in (logged in admin users can see the single product pages). Users cannot access any woocommerce pages. This only happens when using the KLEO theme. Using 2016 or 2017 there are no issues. Please can you provide the fix for this issue please:

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those
Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those
Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those
If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.
If you de-activate the child theme it works ?
