    ERROR: It seems you have not purchased the theme from the added account. Please check the credentials provided!

    I have bought Kleo on Themeforest and I have both API (BySans.net bw7kowls4is3hh7ncee5vmcwfnzhf4hm) and user name (OpenMindersIVS).

    Please help.
