HELP i cant install buddyapp

im getting this issue when i try to install the buddyapp theme !!! help please as fast as possible :

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Hi , thanks for the reply , but i dont know what are you talking about !! , what update section ?
and also what information ?? , i dont know nothing can you do it for me , and provide me with the steps on how you do that , with pictures if possible , i want a fast reply if possible ..
