ParticipantHi Kleo Support,
On all other websites I maintain I have the optionĀ to go back to a previous version of a page via the option revision.
With your theme i do not see this option, also not when I check under wordpress screen option since this revision seems not available. Any idea where to find this revision option again?

Participanthi Laura,
Thanks for your reply and that you escalated this to a higher support level but:????????What happened when you have checked this website????? I just checked it and:
1) the restricted site access plugin (which was activated since the website is not open for public yet) had been deactivated which made the website open.
But what is even more important:
THE WEBSITE SEEMS COMPLETELY FxxxCKED UP!!!!! Images are not visible anymore, I see lots of codes on front side etcetc WHAT HAPPENED?????? I have a major problem now, so I hope you can take immediate action to help me get it back in original state again! I gave you admin access and I understand these things can happen, so I am not blaming anybody, but please help me to get this back in order asap! I checked the website myself yesterday evening and had no problem whatsoever, only to find out now that the site is messed up.
Please let me know asap that I not have to worry and that you are busy now witch testing or something and this is only a temporary situation…………….

ParticipantUpdate: I saw why the website was F…Cked up; Visual Composer plugin was de-activated and not activated again.Since I have not done this; Has this been done on purpose by you for testing reasons? I jusst activated this again, but please keep me updated when you are testing so I know I do not have to worry again (Took me a lot of work to get this website with all additional plugins working…..)
Maintains the problem that it seems I cannot go beack into history when editing a Page by using WordPress revision since I do not see this option (i also do not see this option, when I open Screen settings on top of page when in edting mode)
Thank you for escalating this and waiting for your answer

ModeratorHi,
The revisions are by default ON using WordPress and Kleo, in most cases, some plugins modify this behavior, so I recommend you to switch all plugins off excluding visual composer and k-elements and check again!
Also if you are using KLEO child please switch to KLEO parent theme instead with plugins off for testing proposes.
IF the problem disappears, enable things back one by one to identify what causes this.
Let me know
Cheers

ParticipantHi Radu,
I did what you adviced in your reply (deactivated all plugins and switched from Child to Parent theme) but without any result. I still do not see revisions whowing up. What to do next?

ModeratorHi,
Try to add the below line to wp-config.php
define( ‘WP_POST_REVISIONS’, -1 );
Here are the supported parameters for WP_POST_REVISIONS:
- true (default), -1: store every revision
- false, 0: do not store any revisions (except the one autosave per post)
- (int) > 0: store that many revisions (+1 autosave) per post. Old revisions are automatically deleted.

ParticipantI do not understand the answer
Can you explain moreFebruary 9, 2017 at 14:33 #152460Radu
ModeratorIf you activate the default WordPress theme ( twenty seventeen ) from wp-admin -> appearance -> themes and you still don’t have the revisions options it means that problem isn’t related to KLEO theme.
Cheers
