Can I change something in order for the enlarged image to be a 1:1 ratio? All my photos are formatted for square and they get cut off when they are featured in the Kleo New Focus. If I need to change some code, please just let me know where and to exactly what (I dont’ code but I can follow directions, LOL)

Hi,

You can easily adjust the images sizes from wp-admin -> theme options -> blog -> Enable Custom Image sizes -> ON . From here you should be able to set the custom images size for specific cases.

After changing image sizes you need to regenerate thumbnails using https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails

Hi, still not showing up correctly for the News Focus (see attachment). In the New Focus feature it is still showing the cropped 480x 270 image… I changed the thumbnail sizes in the Blog Theme options to be 480×9999 and I’m still getting this. Please note that I also regenerated my thumbnails using the plugins you suggested. Any thoughts?

Hi,

Please use this method to change the image sizes for kleo focus element

Go via ftp to wp-content/themes/kleo-child/ create a folder named k_elements in that you will create a new file named kleo_news_focus.php in that you will paste this code : https://pastebin.com/raw/NxmGjW6j

You can adapt the size from (see screenshot)

NOTE : Child theme needs to be installed and activated.
