Media Grid Images Missing

Hi

I’m having a problem with the media grid items appearing on the live site. I can see them in VC but not live. This was working but I was having other VC problems. It was suggested to deactivate and reinstall VC which I did. Now VC is working well except with this issue of the media grid. Any ideas. It’s getting really frustrating. I’ve already tried disabling all other plug-ins in case there was a conflict but the issue remains with or without the plug ins disabled.

Hello, did you try to delete and add the media grid again? Also, if you disable theme animations do they appear?

Hi Laura,

Thanks for your help. Yes I did disable the animation and deleted the grid and tried to rebuild. I also created a test page to try it in another page:

Also I thought I would let you know I did contact Visual Composer support. They indicated the problem was with the theme as the grid worked when a different theme was enabled.

Thanks again, I’m a bit desperate at this point.
