White Color block in Mobile/Tablet Menu

Hi I am facing couple of issues,

I am using Visual Composer to design this page —> http://konnectcareer.com/home-mobile-app/, and the page template is being imported from demo content.

On desktop everything is fine but when I switch to Mobile View, I see a white block on the top of the page, I tried the back-end editor and the front end editor but failed to understand the problem.

I have attached a gif image which shows the web page with different layouts.

Disclaimer: I have seen the web page on a mobile and the white block is visible.
