Theme Problem

Hi

My button dissepear and also my theme is not like showed on demo

Also the logo is showing to small

Hi,

Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of the theme ? If not update those

Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those

If you de-activate all plugins excepting BuddyPress/bbPress it works? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.

If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

Hi there

I’m also facing a problem with the theme.

I’m using it on a WP Multisite, on one website it looks perfect but on the other website, e.g it changes the colors by itself.
I already reinstalled it, it worked normally and then the colors changed again. In the section “customize” I’m not able anymore to apply changes.

There also a lot of “error 404” for style css

Please see my screenshots

@bitcoinsolution you have some css file that are not found but are not related to our theme. Can you please disable any other plugins that aren’t suggested by our theme and recheck?

also try to clear browser cache and also any cache from a wordpress caching plugin.

Hi

Thanks for your response.

I deactivated every plugin not related to the theme.

There no more error’s on the page. But the appearance remains the same. (the color changes made in “customize” aren’t visible on the site)

I really need the theme to work asap (for my business) 🙂

Where could it come from ?

Also the Live Customizer for the Theme does not work.

Hi, you should just resave Theme options and try to clear browser cache. Each time you save your theme options or customizer the dynamic css is rebuit. Also make sure you run the latest theme version

Hallo, thanks for the replay.

I have the newest version of the BuddyApp Theme (also buddypress). The Problem is not in the browser cache. I tried on different browser and on different computers. On every computer it looks like the pictures above in the last post.

other problems
– Also the Live Customizer does not work
After i tried to do some changes in the Live Customizer, the page load with the text on the picture01. And the page looks like picture02. Then i have to deactivate and activate buddypress. After that the page looks normal.

– I reinstalled the theme and buddypress, but no change
– I made a second installation. I had the same problem

Hi thanks

the most of the things work now.

But i miss the “BuddyApp custom menu items section”
–> BuddyApp has some custom menu items available that can be reached from Appearance – Menus – BuddyApp section.
