Hello,
I have two test members online 1 is male other is female.
total members online 2
men online 1
women online 0
Cant figure out why its not showing up
the woman account has logged in and out several times
Hello, check Sweetdate > Buddypress and make sure sex field is set correctly
Now go to the female profile, select i am a – woman and save.
If it doesnt show, make sure the I am a fiel is set to Man and Woman correctly at Users > Profile fields

Oke fixed its a translation issue.
When you have a translation you have to put your translated options from “i am” in the icon type.
example
[kleo_status_icon type=”women_online” subtitle=”women online”] to dutch translation
[kleo_status_icon type=”Vrouw” subtitle=”Vrouwen online”].
Where “vrouw” is a option in the “i am” dropdown list on the profile fields in users.Glad you could resolve it! 🙂
