I am trying to update my ver of Kleo from 4.1.6.1 to 4.1.7 and I normally do the manual update via FTP.  I delete all the files within the Kleo directory and then replace them with the new files/folders of the update that I unzipped.  When I did that though, this time, it says that the stylesheet is missing.  I’m not sure if I just need to add the style.css file from the previous version?  The older version has a lot more files and folders than the new.  See attached screenshots.

I also tried updating via the automatic method….my username and API are filled in where they should be, but no where in the dashboard am I seeing an option to update the theme.

I am, if it matters, running the child theme too.  I know that I update the parent of course, just mentioning that kleo-child is active.

    Thanks for your help

I just tried adding all of the files and folders of the new update via FTP manually, but also added the style.css file from the previous version and didn’t work. Got this error:

Kleo Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

OK…never mind…..NOW after going back and forth between the two versions, I see the “new version available, update now” link. Was not there before for some reason
