Hi,
This used to work fine, but now whenever whenever I try to fill out the registration form – when I click the “Complete Sign Up” button, it just goes back to the top of the page. It does not create a new user, show a success message, or send any emails.
I have changed to a default theme (Twenty Fifteen) and deactivated all plugins except for Buddypress and the issue remains.
I have recently changed from http to https if this may cause an issue – but the register page is not showing any errors on this front.
I have updated permalinks since then too.
Thanks

January 30, 2017 at 15:58 #151353RaduModeratorYEs, of this the issue it happens also using wp default theme can isn’t related to our theme.
Try to update wordpress + buddypress to latest versions and check again, also from what i see the there are some errors in browser console
Also make sure in wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress -> pages to have register page assigned.
Cheers

All is up to date, and I have worked through the Console errors that I can.
I have reloaded the Google Maps API and this seems to have fixed some issues too.The only remaining ones on the Register page being a fontawesome issue within the Sweetdate theme – and and issue with Google Maps and XProfile. Are you able to assist with either of these, because as yet, the register button is still not working…
Also – on the Members Profile pages, when I upload a new profile images, they load over http instead of https. Do you know how this is fixed within the settings?
Thanks for any help you can provide
January 30, 2017 at 20:45 #151420leahhParticipantProfile pictures issue is resolved.
Other issues still remain.
ThanksJanuary 31, 2017 at 16:28 #151534RaduModeratorHi,
Please check the following especially disablign all plugins except the buddypress and also the chidl theme.
Do you have the latest version of WordPress ? If not update those
Do you have the latest version of Kleo theme ? If not update those
Do you have the latest version of plugins installed ? If not update those
If you de-activate all plugins it works ? if yes enable back plugins one by one to identify what causes this.
If you de-activate the child theme it works ?

To confirm – when the only plugin is Buddypress and the Twenty Fifteen theme is active, I still have this issue. I have the latest version of everything loaded.
Thanks
January 31, 2017 at 19:19 #151554RaduModeratorIn this case it means that this doesn;t have nothing to do with the Kleo theme
Try to re-install buddypress and wpCheers
