Hi, this is an issue on school.annamasonart.com, but I am also able to replicate it on your demo site at https://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/members/kleoadmin/#
It was reported by a user on an ipad, and chrome dev tools replicate the issue when emulating an ipad.
The issue – dropdown menus do not show if the page was loaded in portrait, but then the user switches to landscape. See screenshots. Kleo1.png shows the dropdown menu firing correctly. Kleo2.png shows the dropdown menu not firing correctly, after the page was loaded in portrait, then switched to landscape. It appears to be related to the js added class “open”.
To replicate:
1. Open the page and emulate ipad in dev tools.
2. Rotate the page to portrait and reload.
3. Rotate the page back to landscape and click the dropdown menu.
Please fix as this is causing issues for our users.

I’m on Windows 10, chrome version 56.0.2924.87 but users are reporting it initially from ipads.
Is there any other information I can give to help?

Are you able to give me a rough timescale for this (days/weeks/months)?
We have customers who pay for access to our website and they are being impeded from using it on iPad, so I need to try to get a resolution for them as soon as possible.
