Hey I just purchased the wise chat pro plugin as sweetdate comes with out a chat option.
However I can’t get the chat window to appear on my site.
To install I need this:
Minimal requirements
Wise Chat Pro has the following minimal requirements:
- PHP 5 >= 5.4.0
- openssl module for PHP (in most cases it is already installed)
- WordPress 3.6 or higher (recommended: 4.4.2 or higher)
- jQuery 1.8.3 or higher (it’s a JavaScript library, used in most WordPress themes)
It is also recommended to install the following:
- mbstring PHP extension (in order to use all features of bad words filter)
- Lightbox 2 library (for showing images on the nice looking popup)
Do I need to update my website or should I contact a developer?
