edit details from PMPro levels to show different benefits

Hello, per attached, might you have any recommendations for my editing the levels page that uses the prmpo shortcode. I do not want the list show for levels, but want to add my own levels’ offerings. I reached out to Paid memberships pro last week (bought a subscription), but no one is responding. I really need to get this working, and cannot find anything online…so hoping you might point me in a direction. Thanks!!!
