Ajaxify wordpress theme

Hello, I am having trouble figuring out what to do here. The plugin Ajaxify Pro works great with your theme except for a few features that I for the life of me can not figure out what to enter so that the element will work like it does after refresh.

For instance the search feature does not work properly, on the buddypress section the extension tab for profile options is missing, also the home button both on the logo and the breadcrumbs does not work.

I have tried to do what they do in the video but it just doesnt work. I can barely get to their tech support. Its been months.
