Hello, I am having difficulty figuring out the best way to make the site fast.
I know my host is crappy, even when I first bought your theme there was a speed request by the theme that my host simply does not support.
To compensate I have bought wp rocket and have been tinkering with what theme settings to trun off and on and what the ping test suggests.
The upload time is an average of 10 seconds without the tweeks.
It is so bad I cannot get support from the ajaxify tech because they say my site runs so slow.
If you could go in and see what I might be doing worng that would be a great help!

Actually, update, I have found out that I cannot even use wp rocket because of the buddypress. 🙁 I am assuming that the speed options in your theme preferences covers this? Is that object cacheing?
