Short Code and/or VC Element for ad placements not showing up on home page

I am using a plugin called Ads Pro to display banner ads on my home page and throughout the site.  I have them set to appear in two places below the fold on the home page in between Essential Grid elements.  They used to show up no problem, now for some reason they do not. See home page of freedomleaf.com below fold in between essential grids of posts.

I originally, when it was working, had posted the ads using short codes with a Visual Composer Text Block element (just pasted the short code within the element) SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOT.  When I noticed today that the ads were not showing I also tried using Ads Pro’s VC element too, and it’s not showing either.

If it were an issue with the Ads Pro plugin then none of the ads would show anywhere.  But all of the other ads placed with short codes on the site do work, including the ads with the same ID number as the one for the home page (meaning the 772×105 ads that are supposed to show on the home page and are not, are showing within the content inside the blog as a hook.  The ID# is the same…so the ad block does work….but for some reason not on the home page anymore)
