How import old post in custom post type

Hello,

I remake my website in a subdomain.
I import all my post and category hiearchy from my first version.

In the second version I Add custom post type (Tutorial)

And i would like put my old post from the category tutorial like a object from the custom post type tutorial

do you know a good way to import post in a custom post type ?
