Dear support,
I have encounterd a problem. I use groups to protect pages and post. The content is only available for subscribed members. But i work with a team and i want to asign the role Editor. When i do this i can see that the user can see the wordpress menu. But when i click on dashboard it doesn’t show. This also happens when i dont set any group to this user. I hope that you can help me with this.
Hello, i do not understand what do you mean by using groups to protect pages and posts? And by assigning editor role which is the purpose? Letting them moderate the site or just wp-admin access? Do you have any plugin that protects wp-admin?

I am using the Plugin groups (https://wordpress.org/plugins/groups/) to protect pages en post that we publish. So only members who are assigned the group (ruggengraat_gold) can see the post and pages after they signed up. *they get assigned to this group via the product that they can purchase via woocommerce.
But the issue is that if i add an user myself. With the role Editor to let them moderate the site and wp-admin acces, the user cant get there.
