Hi,
I really like the looks of the news puzzle! I tried to put the shortcode in a text block element and also in a raw html element but neither work- all that shows up is the text “[kleo_news_shortcode]” I have activated the “News Puzzle” module turned on in my theme options so that’s not the problem.
Could you let me know what I’m doing wrong?

Hi, you just need to update K-elements plugin to render and interpret the shortcode.

Thanks for the tip! The puzzle is showing now but it is a lot bigger than the one shown in the demo. How can I adjust the size of the panels?

You can edit the shortcode and put 4 on one line

Hi, there shouldn’t be that hard, it is all done with Visual Drag&Drop interface. Check out these tutorials. You need to edit that page and edit the elements from the page, in this case the News Puzzle shortcode. https://archived.seventhqueen.com/general/article/getting-started-visual-composer

I realized you were referring to the puzzle element but I had entered the shortcode manually in a text block, so the settings box wasn’t showing up. That took care of some of my problems, but I am still wondering how to turn off display of the post meta and post content, to show only the title. Can that only be done with CSS or is there some other way?

In this shortcode only by CSS can be disabled.
