Hi Guys,
We’ve purchased your theme yesterday and have been trying unsuccessfully for some time now to get some products up on the site with woocommerce. We’ve now manage to add a couple of products but for some reason when we select the shop we get a message saying “No products were found matching your selection” Any ideas. Also we’ve added our logo but it’s not appearing on the homepage?

Hi Guys,
We’re still having a problem with the shop, for some reason it’s not letting us add any products, we was on it for hours yesterday and now we still can’t add any products. Every product we add gets saved as a draft and it wont let us save veriations even though we’ve added all the attributes etc.
Can someone please take a look for us so we can get on with loading up our products

Hi, That is strange but really is related to Woocommerce plugin and all the backend functionality comes from the core of the plugin. Have haven’t encountered this on our test installs. Try contacting Woocommerce team
