    Hi.

Have problem. In front end, where user not logeded, see

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in …../wp-includes/functions.php on line 3502

When user loged in, all work correctly.

If deactivate one of the plugins, all work correctly. Problem when working together plugins.

Try to follow this link and increase PHP memory limit to recommended 128MB and see how it goes. You can contact your hosting and let them know that you need to increase PHP memory_limit directive to 128MB

If you have 512MB already then it is a plugin causing it. Probably a code goes in a loop. Connect by FTP and rename some plugin folders from wp-content/plugins to disable them and retest. Or if you can go to WP admin just disable them from Plugins page

    ok.
I disabled all plug-ins, except for the two rtMedia & BuddyPress. The result is the same. If I disable any of these two plugins, everything works. Those. Problem only when they are connected together.

Have you added some custom codes? Try to enable KLEO main theme so the child theme with any codes is inactive.

The child theme is unchanged, but I disabled and activated the base theme, the result is the same… 🙁

If the result is the same with the default WordPress theme then it must me something related strictly to those plugins and shoudn’t be a theme issue. You should check the error log to see what error is generated and maybe contact rtmedia for a fix.

Also let me know what erros apper in case I can help.

    All the best
