ParticipantHi,
I have successfully set up conditions for the menu to change and show different pages if a member is logged in (PMPro). It works perfectly fine on desktop, but not on mobile for some reason? When I’m on mobile it’s the same menu as if the user were not logged in.
Any advice for me?

ParticipantHi,
Sorry, I hadn’t seen that you replied. I set it in the Menu section,
x Enable Conditional Logic
<show if> User is logged in

ParticipantHi Radu, you’d need to be logged in to see what I mean. When you’re logged in, it doesn’t change to the member menu, it just stays the same as if someone’s not logged in.

ModeratorHi,
I don’t have credentials to test, but the plugin works as it should on my install, do you have some caching plugin? if yes try to de-activate it and check again.
Also if the issue isn’t caused by the caching plugin provide to me admin credentials in a private reply to can take a look
Cheers

ModeratorHi,
The provided login details are incorrect, meanwhile please try to test the behavior using default WordPress theme (twenty seventeen).

ParticipantI figured it out! (Kind of.) It was still happening on twentyseventeen and it’s because my phone/tablet are set not to accept cookies. Once I turned that setting on, the conditional menu works fine for me.
Still trying to figure out a workaround for others like me who don’t have cookies enabled on their phone, if I should just not use a conditional menu, or do it a different way?
Thanks for your help=

ModeratorHi,
You can give a try also to this plugin: https://tah.wordpress.org/plugins/conditional-menus/
We don’t have a custom solution for that
Cheers
