KLEO Registration Page won’t work when linked to BuddyPress

Hi, every time I link the BuddyPress register page (Settings>BuddyPress Settings> Pages) to my nicely designed KLEO register page, it reverts to some sort of generic BuddyPress register/login page.

I have read all of the forums and tried everything and can’t get it to work.

 I’ve also tried everything to get the “Facebook connect” or “Login with Facebook” buttons to work. On the Facebook Connect button a spinner appears when the button is clicked but doesn’t do anything.

Also was unable to style the “Register” button on the KLEO register page to the blue “primary” style.

Please help; I’ve spent many hours trying to get this to work!
